Condition for Umrah Al-Badal for the living and the deceased
Umrah is not allowed on behalf Of a living person unless they are suffering from severe illness or disability that prevents them from performing Umrah. Consent and willingness to perform Umrah must be obtained through verbal expression or gestures if the person is unable to speak.
If the person on whose behalf Umrah is being performed is deceased, there is no need for consent to perform Umrah, even if they did not express a a desire to perform Umrah during their lifetime.
